Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must:

  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Items with obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error

If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly marked on the product page.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

If the item you want is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos or video showing the issue
    We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
